- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 9 de abril de 2002 por la Sala Octava de Decisión del Tribunal Administrativo de Antioquia. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición del señor Pedro Ernesto García Solano.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que en el término de quince (15) días, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, proceda a entregar al señor Pedro Ernesto García Solano, copia de los documentos por él solicitado en los diferentes oficios a ellos remitidos y que se enumeraron en los antecedentes de la presente sentencia.
- Debe indicarse finalmente, que en la medida en que la cantidad de los documentos solicitados es numerosa, el accionante deberá asumir el costo de las copias de los mismos.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
