- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Santa Marta, proferido el 29 de octubre de 1999, al resolver la acción de tutela incoada por Luz Marina Cogollo Mejía, contra ELECTRICARIBE S.A. ESP y, en consecuencia, proteger el derecho de petición de la accionante.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa ELECTRICARIBE S.A. ESP que, dentro del término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, entregue a Luz Marina Cogollo Mejía la fotocopia del SOAT y de todos los seguros, correspondientes al vehículo OWJ-546 en el cual perdió la vida Alonso Amador Valle.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1.991.
