This Notice applies to Micelio Jurídico (juridico.micelioinc.com), the Micelio Inc corpus of Colombian law, to its website and to its connector for artificial intelligence assistants (MCP).
2Data we collect
Micelio Jurídico is used with a personal account. The following data is processed:

Micelio Jurídico uses no third-party cookies, analytics or advertising. The website session is stored in the person's own browser.
3The queries you make
The queries the person makes, directly or through their AI assistant, are logged with their account. That log is used to operate and protect the service, detect failures and abusive use (such as bulk extraction of the corpus) and support the user; it is not published, sold or shared with third parties.
We recommend not including personal data of third parties or sensitive data in your queries. If you include them, you declare that you are authorized to process them or that the law does not require such authorization.
4Purposes
- Creating and managing the account, authenticating the user and the AI assistants they connect, and providing the contracted service.
- Operating, maintaining and protecting Micelio Jurídico, including the detection of failures, unauthorized access and abusive use.
- Communicating with the user about their account, their subscription, failures affecting them and changes to the service.
- Managing the subscription, payments and the accounting and tax obligations arising from them.
- Producing aggregate statistics on the use of the service that do not identify any person.
- Handling the inquiries, requests and complaints of data subjects.
The data is not sold, not shared with third parties for commercial purposes, and not used for advertising or profiling.
5Who else is involved
The service is hosted on servers of Hetzner Online GmbH located in Germany, which acts as data processor. This involves an international transfer of data, covered by the Controller's Privacy and Personal Data Protection Policy.
Micelio Jurídico emails (account verification, password recovery, service notices) are sent through the email service of Google LLC (Google Workspace), which receives the recipient address and the content of the message in order to deliver it.
When the person connects an AI assistant (for example, Claude), Micelio Jurídico's answers reach that assistant; what the assistant's provider does with them is governed by its own terms and policies.
6Retention
Account data is kept for as long as the account exists. The log of queries and sessions is kept for a maximum of twelve (12) months. Exported documents are deleted after twenty-four (24) hours. Payment records are kept for the period required by accounting and tax rules. Backup copies are kept for a maximum of thirty (30) days. The record of acceptance is kept for as long as the relationship lasts and for the time needed to prove the authorization. Data subjects may request deletion before those periods, except where there is a legal duty to retain.
7Age of majority
Micelio Jurídico is intended for people aged eighteen (18) or older. MICELIO INC S.A.S. does not knowingly collect data from children or adolescents.
8Your rights
- To know, update, correct and delete their personal data.
- To request proof of the authorization given.
- To be informed of how their data has been used.
- To revoke the authorization.
- To file complaints with the Superintendencia de Industria y Comercio (Colombia's data protection authority) for breaches of data protection law.

9Authorization
By ticking the box «Soy mayor de 18 años y acepto el Aviso de privacidad de Micelio Jurídico» (I am 18 or older and I accept the Micelio Jurídico Privacy Notice) when signing in to the account, the data subject gives prior, express and informed authorization for the processing described here. MICELIO INC S.A.S. keeps a record of the accepted version, the date, and the IP address and browser from which it was accepted. When this Notice changes, acceptance of the new version will be requested.
10Full policy and effective date
