- Primero. REVOCAR el fallo del 28 de julio de 1999, proferido por el Juzgado
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Sincelejo, por medio del cual se negó el amparo solicitado por Adolfo Antonio Mercado Peralta. En su lugar, SE CONCEDE la tutela de los derechos al trabajo y de petición. Se ordena al Gerente de "Támara Durán & Cía. Ltda." que, dentro de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo, responda de fondo e íntegramente las solicitudes elevadas por el accionante.
- Segundo. DESE cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
