  1. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 6 de mayo de 2002, por el Juzgado
  2. Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Cartagena. En su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela por violación del derecho fundamental de petición.
  3. Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa Vigilantes Marítima Comercial Ltda., y al Instituto de Seguros Sociales, que en el plazo máximo de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, den efectiva respuesta a las peticiones ante ellas elevadas por el accionante.
  4. Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación prevista en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
