Primero. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado
Noveno. Civil Municipal de Bucaramanga, mediante el cual se negó la protección solicitada por el señor Reynaldo Scheneider Suárez .
Segundo. En su lugar, CONCEDER la protección solicitada, y en consecuencia, ORDENAR a la Cooperativa Multiactiva de Trabajadores de Santander Ltda., que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación del presente fallo, proceda a responder de fondo la solicitud efectuada por el señor Reynaldo Scheneider Suárez .
Tercero. LÍBRENSE las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
