Petición.
El actor interpuso derecho de petición ante la entidad accionada, solicitando ser eliminado de las centrales de riesgo, ya que dicho reporte lleva más de diez años, COMCEL dentro del proceso alegó que envió respuesta al peticionario, pero éste alega no haberla recibido, en primera instancia se niega el derecho por carencia actual de objeto.
La Sala entra a determinar si fue vulnerado el derecho del peticionario y encuentra que se dio respuesta a la petición dentro del trámite de la acción, independientemente al contenido de la respuesta.
Negada.
