- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Promiscuo Municipal de Mariquita, el 6 de febrero de 2003 y por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Honda, el 5 de marzo del mismo año. En su lugar se CONCEDE la protección del derecho fundamental de petición, de las señoras Marina González Cortés, María Mercedes Díaz, Teresita Osorio Orozco y Olga Díaz de Millán.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que en el término de ocho (8) días, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, la empresa Potosí y/o Agroindustrial del Norte, expida copia de los contratos de trabajo solicitados por las demandantes, a costa de las mismas.
- Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
