- R E S U E L V E:
- 1.- CONFIRMAR la sentencia de julio 13 de 1995, proferida por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota, dentro del proceso de tutela T-66492.
- 2.- REVOCAR la sentencia de julio 19 de 1995, proferida por la Corte Suprema de Justicia, Sala de Casacion Civil, dentro del proceso de tutela T-76659.
- 3.- CONFIRMAR la sentencia de junio 14 de 1995, proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santa Fe de Bogota, Sala Civil, (Expediente T-76659), que concedio la tutela al actor de los derechos al debido proceso y de defensa. Dado que los efectos del acto impugnado cesaron con su correccion por parte de la autoridad publica demandada, ademas es procedente ADVERTIR al Juez
- Primero. Laboral del Circuito de Santa Fe de Bogota para que en ningun caso vuelva a abstenerse, injustificadamente, de tramitar el recurso de impugnacion contra un fallo de tutela, interpuesto oportunamente.
