- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR el fallo de fecha 11 de octubre de 1995, proferido por el Tribunal Superior de Distrito Judicial de Barranquilla, Sala de Decision Civil, mediante el cual se confirmo el fallo del Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, que denego por improcedente la accion de tutela interpuesta por Esther Maria Barrios Lemus contra Seguros del Estado S.A., por las razones expuestas en esta providencia.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que por la Secretaria General de esta Corporacion, se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Barranquilla, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
