- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 19 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- SEGUNDO. CONCEDER la tutela solicitada por el senor Nestor Leon Camelo por la vulneracion del derecho de peticion consagrado en el articulo 23 de la Constitucion Politica, por las razones expuestas en esta sentencia.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR a la empresa Servientrega Ltda que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas de respuesta por escrito al peticionario de la tutela acerca de los documentos enviados bajo la guia numero 3-3346970, del dia 15 de febrero de 1993.
- CUARTO. ENVIAR copia de esta sentencia al senor Ministro de Comunicaciones para que en ejercicio del numeral 5o, del articulo 1o, del Decreto No. 2122 de 1992, cumpla con la funcion de vigilar, inspeccionar y controlar a la Sociedad Servientrega Ltda, para que analice la conducta de la mencionada empresa, frente al requerimiento hecho por el peticionario de la tutela, Nestor Leon Camelo.
- QUINTO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 19 Civil del Circuito de Santafe de Bogota, a la empresa Servientrega Ltda., al Defensor del Pueblo y al peticionario de la presente tutela.
