- Primero. CONFIRMAR los fallos adoptados por los Juzgados Veintidós Civil Municipal y Trece Civil del Circuito de Bogotá, de 6 de febrero y el 22 de marzo de 2001, respectivamente, en cuanto negaron la tutela impetrada por el ciudadano Jorge Alfonso Rojas Sarmiento contra la Federación Nacional de Arroceros.
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de la Corporación se dé cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
