- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 26 de septiembre de 2002 por la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Santa Marta. En su lugar, TUTELAR el derecho fundamental de petición del señor Pedro Nolasco Ahumada Viloria.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la Compañía Frutera de Sevilla S.A., que en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contados a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia, proceda a entregar al señor Pedro Nolasco Ahumada Viloria, copia de los documentos por él solicitados.
- Tercero. Por Secretaría, líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
