- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de segunda instancia proferida por la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo -Seccion Segunda, Subseccion A- del Consejo de Estado el 26 de octubre de 2000, dentro del proceso radicado bajo el No. AC 12.286, que revoco el fallo de primera instancia proferido por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cordoba el 22 de agosto de 2000, dentro del proceso de tutela promovido por el senor Larry Diaz Santamaria.
- Segundo. LIBRESE por Secretaria la comunicacion de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos alli contemplados.
