PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la sentencia de primera instancia en cuanto concedió la tutela de Targelia Castillo y de María Ismenia Henao, adicionando con la orden de pagar la prima de navidad. REVOCAR en cuanto no concedió la tutela a Edgar Caravalí, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en el presente fallo.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en el término de cinco días se paguen las mesadas debidas a Edgar Caravalí y en lo sucesivo se le pague cumplidamente.
TERCERO. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
