- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de febrero de 2001 por la Seccion Cuarta del Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, en la accion de tutela instaurada por Elizabeth Riano, Sara Sanchez Jaramillo, Margarita Contreras y Camilo Hernandez Cordoba contra el Hospital San Rafael de Girardot, el Gobernador de Cundinamarca y el Ministerio de Hacienda y Credito Publico.
- SEGUNDO. NO CONCEDER la tutela impetrada por las personas que aparecen mencionadas en los hechos de la presente demanda, por las razones expuestas en los considerandos del presente fallo.
- TERCERO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones indicadas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
