- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 4 de diciembre de 2003 por el Juzgado Unico Penal del Circuito de el Banco, Magdalena, dentro de la tutela instaurada por JORGE HERNANDEZ GARCIA contra el Municipio de San Sebastian de Buenavista, Magdalena.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida el 4 de diciembre de 2003 por el Juzgado Unico Penal del Circuito de el Banco, Magdalena, dentro de la tutela instaurada por NORYS PABA MONTERO contra el Municipio de San Sebastian de Buenavista, Magdalena.
- TERCERO. Para los efectos del articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hara las notificaciones y tomara las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
