- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR, por las razones expuestas en esta providencia, el fallo proferido el 24 de mayo de 2010 por el Juzgado Treinta Civil del Circuito de Bogotá D.C. que, a su vez, confirmó el dictado el 15 de abril de 2010 por el Juzgado Sesenta Civil Municipal de la misma ciudad, en relación con el recurso de amparo constitucional formulado por César Edwin Martínez Correa, mediante apoderado judicial, contra la Sociedad Colombiana de Cirugía Plástica, Estética y Reconstructiva -S.C.C.P.-.
- SEGUNDO. Líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
