- Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas por el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Chiquinquirá y el Juzgado
- Primero. Civil del Circuito de Chiquinquirá y CONCEDER la tutela de su derecho fundamental al mínimo vital a la señora Teresa Vallares Florián.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al representante legal del Hospital San Salvador de Chiquinquirá que, si no lo ha hecho, en las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo cancele a la peticionaria los salarios adeudados hasta la fecha de contestación de la demanda de tutela. De no ser posible su cumplimiento por razones netamente presupuestales o de manifiesta iliquidez, deberá informar al Juzgado
- Primero. Civil Municipal de Chiquinquirá, en forma motivada, debiendo iniciar los trámites necesarios que deberán culminar con el pago en un término máximo de tres (3) meses.
- Tercero. PREVENIR al representante legal del Hospital San Salvador de Chiquinquirá, para que en adelante se paguen oportunamente dichos salarios.
- Cuarto. Por Secretaría General de la Corte, LÍBRESE la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los efectos allí contemplados.
