PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia objeto de revision y en su lugar ORDENAR que el Director del Hospital Federico Lleras Acosta de Ibague, si es que no lo han hecho, pague los salarios pendientes al accionante Armando Ramirez Arciniegas y que comprenden los meses debidos y relacionados en la respectiva peticion, todo ello en un termino de cinco dias, siguientes a la notificacion del presente fallo. Y, PREVENIR para que en adelante no se vuelva a incurrir en dilaciones que demoren el pago del salario del accionante y no se lo denigre por el hecho de reclamar judicialmente.
SEGUNDO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
