- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 26 de noviembre de 1999 por la Sala Civil-Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Popayán y en su lugar ORDENAR que el Hospital Universitario San José de Popayán, si es que no lo ha hecho, pague a JESUS ALBERTO MESIAS ORDOÑEZ los salarios indicadas en la solicitud de tutela, todo ello en el término de las cuarenta y ocho (48) horas siguientes a la notificación del presente fallo si es que hubiese partida presupuestal; en caso contrario se ordena al Director del citado Hospital iniciar dentro del mismo término las diligencias necesarias para efectuar el pago ordenado para lo cual dispondrá del plazo de un mes.
- Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrense las comunicaciones previstas en el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
