Primero. REVOCAR las sentencias proferidas el 7 de septiembre de 2000, por el Juzgado
Primero. Penal del Circuito de Turbo -Antioquia-, y el 14 de agosto del mismo año, por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Arboletes -Antioquia-, conforme a la relación hecha en la parte motiva de esta providencia, y en su lugar NEGAR la tutela.
Segundo. Por Secretaría líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
