- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del diez (10) de diciembre de 1992, proferida por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Girardot, por medio de la cual se declaró improcedente la acción de tutela incoada por el señor Edgar Rodríguez Valencia
- Segundo. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se envíen copias del expediente a la Procuraduría General de la nación, para que, de acuerdo con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia, se establezca si existió alguna irregularidad por parte del alcalde municipal de Nariño-Cundinamarca al otorgarle los permisos correspondientes a la urbanización "Algarrobos del Magdalena".
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación, se comunique esta providencia a la Defensoría del Pueblo, al Juzgado
- Segundo. Civil del Circuito de Girardot, en la forma y para los efectos previstos en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Cuarto. ORDENAR que por la Secretaría General de esta Corporación se envíe copia del texto integral de esta sentencia al señor Alcalde y al señor Personero del municipio de Nariño (Cundinamarca).
