  1. en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
  2. R E S U E L V E:
  3. Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia relacionada con la petición de la referencia proferida por el Juzgado
  4. Séptimo. Civil Municipal de Bogotá el día veintiuno (21) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y dos (1992).
  5. Segundo. Conceder la tutela al Derecho Constitucional de Petición formulada por el ciudadano JOSE JOAQUIN OROZCO NIETO, contra el Alcalde Menor de Engativá.
  6. Tercero. Ordenar que en consecuencia el Alcalde Menor de Engativá dé pronta resolución a las peticiones formuladas por el ciudadano JOSE JOAQUIN OROZCO NIETO en cuanto hace a la protección del espacio comprendido entre las calles 72 a 75 de la carrera 96 de esta ciudad, para la efectiva protección de sus derechos.
  7. Cuarto. El señor Juez
  8. Séptimo. (7o.) Civil Municipal de Bogotá informará a esta Corte sobre el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en la presente sentencia.
  9. Quinto. Comuníquese la presente decisión al Despacho Judicial de origen para que sea notificada conforme lo dispone el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
