- R E S U E L V E
- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de agosto diecisiete (17) de 1993, proferida por el Juez
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Popayán, por la que se concede transitoriamente al peticionario la tutela de sus derechos fundamentales a la vida, a la propiedad y a la asistencia a las personas de la tercera edad.
- SEGUNDO. CONFIRMAR la orden impartida al señor CARLOS ERNESTO OSORIO AGUDELO en el sentido de abstenerse de realizar cualquier acto traslaticio de dominio sobre los bienes objeto de la permuta hasta tanto no se decida de fondo sobre las acciones a instaurar por el peticionario.
- TERCERO. ADICIONAR la sentencia objeto de revisión en el sentido de ORDENAR a CARLOS ERNESTO OSORIO AGUDELO que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas, contado a partir de la notificación de la presente providencia, se sirva informar exhaustivamente y por escrito a su padre, ERNESTO JULIO OSORIO, del negocio de venta realizado y del destino final de los bienes y dineros recibidos por la venta o enajenación del bien, así como copia auténtica de todos y cada uno de los documentos suscritos por él que tengan relación con el referido negocio.
- CUARTO. REVOCAR la orden impartida por el Juez
- Séptimo. Penal Municipal de Popayán al señor
- SEGUNDO. ANTONIO CIFUENTES VALDES, por las razones expuestas en el numeral 17 de los fundamentos jurídicos de esta providencia.

- QUINTO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado, con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
