- Primero. CONFIRMAR la sentencia proferida por la Sala Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia el 23 de abril de 1998, en cuanto denegó las pretensiones de la tutela, y condenó tanto al actor como a su apoderada por haber incurrido en temeridad al promover la misma al pago de la suma de veinte (20) salarios mínimos legales mensuales vigentes.
- Segundo. COMPULSAR copias de las sentencias proferidas por la Sala Civil y Agraria de la Corte Suprema de Justicia y la Corte Constitucional a la Sala Jurisdiccional Disciplinaria del Consejo Seccional de la Judicatura de Ibagué, para los efectos a que haya lugar en relación con lo expuesto en la parte motiva de esta providencia.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991.
