- Primero. Confirmar los fallos proferidos por la Sub Seccion B de la Seccion Segunda del H. Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, y por la Seccion Primera de la Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo del H. Consejo de Estado, el 1 de noviembre de 2001 y el 6 de diciembre del mismo ano respectivamente, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Bertha Yusti de Pacini contra el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores.
- Segundo. Confirmar el fallo proferido por la Sala de Casacion Penal de la Corte Suprema de Justicia, el 6 de marzo del presente ano, dentro de la accion de tutela instaurada por la senora Liana Jaramillo Jorgensen contra el Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores, que revoco el fallo proferido por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Bogota.
