- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 14 de abril de 1993 por el Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Puerto Tejada -Cauca-, por la cual se resolvió sobre la acción incoada.
- Segundo. SE DENIEGA la tutela que solicitaba MARIA OMAIRA CHAUCANEZ GUERRERO.
- Tercero. El Ejército Nacional de Colombia dará estricto cumplimiento al artículo 39 de la Ley 48 de 1993.
- Cuarto. Líbrese la comunicación de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
