- Primero. CONFIRMAR, con excepción del ordinal
- segundo. que se REVOCA, la sentencia del 19 de octubre de 1995 proferida por el Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Pedraza (Magdalena).
- Segundo. PREVENIR al señor Alcalde Municipal de Pedraza (Magdalena) para que en ningún caso vuelva a incurrir en las acciones que dieron mérito a la tutela, y que si procediere de modo contrario, será sancionado de acuerdo con las normas del decreto 2591 de 1991.
- Tercero. ORDENAR que por la secretaría General de esta Corporación se comunique esta providencia al Juzgado Promiscuo Municipal de Pedraza (Magdalena), para las notificaciones y efectos previstos en los artículos 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
