- Primero. REVOCAR los fallos proferidos en primera y segunda instancia por el Juzgado Treinta y Siete Penal del Circuito de Bogota, el 5 de septiembre de 1996, y por la Sala Penal del Tribunal Superior de Bogota, el 26 de septiembre del mismo ano. En su lugar procedera a TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales al trabajo y a la seguridad social.
- Segundo. ORDENAR a la empresa FORUM S.A., para que en el termino de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificacion de la presente sentencia, proceda a pagar, de manera preferente a cualquier otra obligacion, los salarios y las prestaciones adeudadas al senor Jose Arnobio Castillo Romero, que al momento le adeude, so pena de las sanciones contempladas en el Decreto 2591 de 1991 para el desacato.
- Tercero. SURTASE el tramite previsto en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
