PRIMERO. REVOCAR las sentencias de 11 de febrero del 2000 proferida por el Juzgado 6deg Laboral de Cartagena y la de la Sala Laboral del Tribunal Superior de Cartagena del 10 de marzo del 2000 y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela por las razones expuestas en la parte motiva.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al Gobernador del departamento de Bolivar que en el termino de treinta (30) dias se provean los recursos necesarios para cumplir con la obligacion de pagar los salarios que se le deben a ANSELMA OSPINO RIOS, segun se relaciono en la parte motiva de este fallo, y dentro de las veinticuatro horas siguientes se le cancelara lo debido.
TERCERO. PREVENIR para que en el futuro no se vuelva a incurrir en mora en el pago de salarios a quien instauro las tutela decidida en la presente sentencia.
CUARTO. Por Secretaria librense las comunicaciones previstas en el articulo 36 el decreto 2591 de 1991.
