En dos oportunidades solicitó el actor a Caprecom, el reconocimiento y pago de la pensión de sobrevivientes por el fallecimiento de su compañera permanente.
La entidad despachó desfavorablemente estas peticiones, argumentando que la documentación aportada era insuficiente para acreditar las situaciones generadoras del derecho prestacional reclamado.
Se aborda la siguiente temática: 1º.

Reiteración de jurisprudencia. 2º.

Se confirma la decisión de instancia que negó el amparo solicitado, por considerarlo improcedente por cuanto el peticionario contaba con otras vías judiciales como la ordinaria o la contencioso administrativa, para lograr obtener la nulidad del acto administrativo que le negó sus supuestos derechos pensionales.
