- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 14 Civil Municipal de Medellín (Antioquia) en el trámite constitucional de la referencia y, en su lugar, CONCEDER el amparo invocado.
- Segundo. ORDENAR al Director de la E.P.S. Comfenalco que, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de esta providencia, proceda a autorizar el suministro e implantación de los audífonos formulados por el médico tratante de la señora LUZ CLEMENCIA VELASQUEZ GIRALDO.
- Tercero. AUTORIZAR a la E.P.S. Comfenalco de Medellín para que repita contra el FOSYGA por el costo de los audífonos proporcionados a la beneficiaria de la tutela de la referencia.
- Cuarto. Dar cumplimiento a lo previsto en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
