- PRIMERO. REVOCAR el fallo proferido por el Juzgado veintiséis (26) Civil Municipal de Bogotá, el 24 de septiembre de 2002, y en su lugar CONCEDER la tutela y la protección de los derechos fundamentales del señor Julio César Camargo Alvarado, según se expresó en la parte motiva de este fallo.
- SEGUNDO. INAPLICAR el artículo 12 de la Resolución 5261 de 1994, y el artículo 10 del Decreto 806 de 1998.
- TERCERO. ORDENAR al Instituto de los Seguros Sociales que en el término de 48 horas suministre los audífonos formulados por el médico tratante al señor Julio César Camargo Alvarado.
- CUARTO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
