PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida el 5 de diciembre por el Juzgado 4 Penal Municipal de Popayán, y en su lugar CONCEDER el amparo de tutela a favor del señor Wilson José Anacona.
SEGUNDO. ORDENAR al hospital nivel II Susana López de Valencia de la ciudad de Popayán, que le preste al accionante la atención hospitalaria que requiere. En el caso que sea necesaria una atención que no pueda ser prestada teniendo en cuenta los equipos médicos de que dispone este hospital, el paciente deberá ser remitido y atendido en otro centro hospitalario con el que tenga convenio y el cual cuente con los medios idóneos para tal fin.
TERCERO. Para los efectos del artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, el juzgado de origen hará las notificaciones y tomará las medidas conducentes para el cumplimiento de esta sentencia.
