- Primero. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por Juzgado
- Séptimo. Civil del Circuito de Medellín, el día 9 de septiembre de 2003, mediante la cual negó la acción de tutela presentada por el señor Ángel Manuel Rodríguez Regino como agente oficioso de la señora Rebeca Rufina Rodríguez Regino, y en su lugar, CONCEDER la tutela de los derechos fundamentales invocados por el actor.
- Segundo. ORDENAR, a la Dirección del Servicio Seccional de Salud de Antioquia, que si aún no lo ha hecho, en el término de cuarenta y ocho (48) horas contadas a partir de la notificación de la presente sentencia proceda a autorizar la realización del procedimiento denominado "Safenovaricectomía bilaterales de miembros inferiores" a la señora Rebeca Rufina Rodríguez Regino.
- Tercero. Líbrense por Secretaría, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
