- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. REVOCAR la Sentencia del doce (12) de diciembre de mil novecientos noventa y cuatro (1994) del Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Santafé de Bogotá, D.C., y en su lugar, TUTELAR los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la salud y la seguridad social de la menor CAROLINA URINA JASSIR. En consecuencia, se confirma el fallo de primera instancia, en virtud del cual la citada menor deberá ser enviada al exterior, para que se realice el transplante de médula ósea que requiere.
- Segundo. ORDENAR copia de esta Sentencia al Director del Instituto Colombiano de los Seguros Sociales con el fin de que acceda a las pretensiones de la peticionaria.
