- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la sentencia proferida por el Consejo de Estado, Sala de lo Contencioso Administrativo, Seccion Cuarta, el 27 de enero de 1995, y en su lugar, para amparar los derechos fundamentales a la vida, la salud y la igualdad, CONFIRMAR PARCIALMENTE la proferida por el Tribunal Administrativo de Cundinamarca, Seccion Segunda, Subseccion D, el 15 de diciembre de 1994, en el sentido de ordenar que el Instituto de Seguros Sociales, proceda dentro del improrrogable termino de 48 horas, contado a partir de la notificacion de esta providencia, a dar al accionante, en su totalidad, el tratamiento que le fue senalado por el medico tratante de esa entidad.
- SEGUNDO. ORDENAR que en guarda del derecho a la intimidad del peticionario, en toda publicacion de la presente decision, se omita su nombre.
- TERCERO. LIBRENSE por Secretaria las comunicaciones de que trata el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
