- PRIMERO. REVOCAR la providencia del Juzgado Promiscuo del Circuito de Ituango Antioquia, del cuatro (4) de junio de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), por medio de la cual se concedió la tutela impetrada y se ordenaba a Alberto Adán Tapias disponer lo necesario para que María Libia Pérez Duque se sometiera a un Tratamiento médico en la ciudad de Medellín.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRAR por intermedio de la Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo treinta y seis (36) del Decreto 2591 de 1991, para los fines allí consagrados.
