- en nombre del Pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
- R E S U E L V E :
- Primero. Revocar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, el día 3 de agosto de 1994.
- Segundo. Conceder la tutela del derecho constitucional fundamental a la seguridad social y a la salud de la menor hija de la peticionaria, en el asunto de la referencia y en consecuencia, ordenar al Instituto Colombiano de Seguros Sociales, Seccional Antioquia, que proceda a brindar los servicios médico-hospitalarios a la hija menor de la afiliada, María Elena Alvarez Ramírez, de conformidad con lo establecido por la Ley 100 de 1994 y por los Decretos 1298, 1919 y 1938 de 1994.
- Tercero. Comunicar lo resuelto en esta providencia al Juzgado
- Sexto. Laboral del Circuito de Medellín, para efectos del cumplimiento de la misma, de conformidad con lo dispuesto por el Decreto 2591 de 1991
