- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia de tutela proferida por el Juzgado 2o Penal Municipal de Turbo -Antioquia- dentro del proceso de la referencia, en cuanto tutelo el derecho a la salud de Oscar Hernando Vera Parada y Silvia Margarita Gallego Ortiz.
- SEGUNDO. REVOCAR la orden emitida por el Juzgado 2o Penal Municipal de Turbo -Antioquia- dentro del proceso de la referencia, y en su lugar, ORDENAR a la administracion municipal de Turbo -Antioquia- la realizacion de las gestiones necesarias para solucionar, en forma definitiva, el problema de desague de aguas negras en el sector comprendido entre la calle 104 y la carrera 17 de la ciudad de Turbo, dentro de un periodo razonable.
- TERCERO. COMUNICAR a traves de la Secretaria General de la Corte Constitucional el contenido de la sentencia al Juzgado 2o Penal Municipal de Turbo -Antioquia-, al Alcalde del municipio de Turbo, al Defensor del Pueblo y a los peticionarios de la presente tutela.
