- PRIMERO. Confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Popayán, de fecha 15 de Febrero de 1993, mediante la cual se revocó la decisión del Juzgado Penal del Circuito de Puerto Tejada y se negó la tutela propuesta por Alberto Castrillón, James Guillermo Mina y otros ciudadanos.
- SEGUNDO. Ordenar que por Secretría general se envíe copia de esta sentencia, tanto a la C.V.C., como al Ministerio de Salud Pública, para los fines consiguientes.
- TERCERO. Librar comunicación al juzgado Penal del Circuito de Puerto Tejada, a efecto de que notifique esta sentencia a las partes.
