- en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitucion,
- R E S U E L V E:
- PRIMERO. Declarar EXEQUIBLE la "Enmienda del Protocolo de Montreal aprobada por la Novena Reunion de las Partes, suscrita en Montreal el 17 de septiembre de 1997".
- SEGUNDO. Declara EXEQUIBLE la ley 618 de 6 de octubre de 2000, por medio de la cual se aprueba la citada Enmienda.
- TERCERO. Enviar copia de esta sentencia al Presidente de la Republica y al Ministro de Relaciones Exteriores para los efectos pertinentes a que alude el articulo 241-10 de la Constitucion.
