en nombre del pueblo y por mandato de la Constitución,
R E S U E L V E :
Primero. Ordenar al señor Alcalde de la ciudad de Villavicencio y a cualquiera otra autoridad de este Municipio, prescindir de utilizar el lote de terreno de que dan cuenta los hechos de la presente demanda, situado en la Vereda Montecarlo entre Caño Pendejos y Caño Cristales, para el relleno sanitario.
Segundo. Prevenir al señor Alcalde de Villavicencio y a cualquier otra autoridad de este Municipio, para que en el evento de construir el relleno sanitario en La Vereda Montecarlo o en cualquier otro lugar, se hagan los debidos estudios técnico-ambientales y ecológicos que la obra demande, como medio preventivo para evitar daños de carácter ecológico que pueda producir y adelantarla si éstos no se causan.
Tercero. El mismo Tribunal se encargará de vigilar el cumplimiento de lo ordenado en esta sentencia.
Cuarto. Comunicar la presente Sentencia al Tribunal Superior Distrito Judicial del Meta para que a través de ese Despacho se notifique a las partes, haciéndoles entrega de la copia de esta providencia.
