- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR la sentencia del Juez
- noveno. Penal Municipal de Medellin de Marzo 2 de 1994, en el sentido de lo dispuesto en la parte motiva del presente fallo. Lo anterior sin perjuicio de que si la peticionaria reune los requisitos exigidos por el centro educativo, debera ser admitida para el siguiente ano lectivo.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRESE comunicacion al mencionado juzgado con miras a que se surta la notificacion de esta providencia, segun lo establecido en el articulo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
