- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR en todas sus partes la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado Catorce Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá de fecha 25 de febrero de 1992.
- SEGUNDO. ADVERTIR a las directivas y profesores del Colegio Militar Caldas de la ciudad de Santafé de Bogotá que deben abstenerse de tomar cualquier tipo de represalias contra los menores HANS FERNANDO, HELMUTH FERNANDO y EGON FERNANDO CASTILLO por la decisión adversa proferida por la justicia constitucional, so pena de incurrir en las sanciones establecidas en el artículo 52 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
- TERCERO. LIBRESE comunicación al mencionado Juzgado con miras a que se surta la notificación de esta providencia, según lo establecido en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
