- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia proferida el 24 de Noviembre de 1993 por el Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal del Circuito de Cartagena, y en su lugar confirmar la sentencia proferida por el Juzgado 2o. Penal Municipal de Cartagena con fecha 26 de octubre de 1993, que concedió la tutela impetrada.
- SEGUNDO. Comuníquese al Juzgado
- Segundo. Penal Municipal de Cartagena para los fines señalados en el artículo 36 del Decreto 2591 de 1991.
