- Primero. CONFÍRMASE la sentencia de fecha catorce (14) de mayo de mil novecientos noventa y siete (1997), proferida por el Tribunal Superior del Distrito Judicial de Villavicencio.
- Segundo. SOLICÍTASE a la Secretaría de Educación de Villavicencio, prestar la colaboración que requiera el actor, para que conozca las distintas alternativas educativas que le permitan continuar y culminar sus estudios.
- Tercero. LÍBRENSE, por al Secretaría General de la Corte, las comunicaciones de que trata el artículo 36 del decreto 2591 de 1991, en la forma y para los efectos allí contemplados.
