- PRIMERO. CONFIRMAR los fallos de los Juzgados Cincuenta y dos (52) Penal Municipal y Cincuenta y ocho (58) Penal del Circuito de Santafé de Bogotá, proferidos los días ocho (8) de enero y dieciocho (18) de febrero de mil novecientos noventa y tres (1993), respectivamente, y que concedieron la tutela, solicitada por José Carlos Cruz Solano, del derecho fundamental a la educación de la menor Claudia Carolina Cruz Martinez.
- SEGUNDO. LIBRAR comunicación al Juzgado Cincuenta y dos (52) Penal Municipal de Santafé de Bogotá, a efectos de que notifique esta sentencia a las partes y adopte las decisiones necesarias para la realización de lo aquí dispuesto.
