- PRIMERO. Revocar la sentencia del Juez Civil del Circuito de Turbo de agosto 11 de 1993.
- SEGUNDO. Revocar la sentencia del Juez Civil Municipal de Turbo de julio 2 de 1993.
- TERCERO. En su lugar se concede la tutela en el sentido de Ordenar al Hospital de Turbo que proporcione el material ortopedico y atienda al menor Willys J. Cordoba hasta que se logre, dentro de lo posible, la recuperacion completa, o hasta cuando el tratamiento no conduzca a un mejoramiento de su movilidad.
